Requirements: Experience with the senior demographic is mandatroy and must be address in the work history NJ Lic is required to start. 40 hours per week with hours from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm No on-call duties or weekend work required Work involves both center-based and community-based tasks Coverage area includes Mercer County and North Burlington County Regular visits to participants' homes Knowledge of community resources is highly desirable 3-4 years of homecare experience preferred Experience in addressing challenging social and psychological needs, particularly in the community setting Background in psychology is a significant advantage Responsibilities include conducting assessments for the development of care plans and collaborating with families
