Must have hands-on experience in all routes of infusion therapy, including peripheral lines, PICCs, implanted ports and other central venous access and different chemotherapy regimen CERTIFICATION: Must maintain and have a current and valid BLS, ACLS Certification by the American Heart Association. Must have ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate Provider Card.
