Position:RN Contract duration: 2 years Shift: Evening shift (3PM-11:30PM). RN will work holidays as scheduled and every other weekend. Job description includes, but is not limited to: Ensuring safety of each patient on the unit, including monitoring of symptoms and conditionsSupervision of MHTA staff on the units; Attending meetings as assigned.; Noting of prescriber orders; Medication pass and health/medication teaching; Conducting nursing assessments; Updates information such as vital signs, weights, etc.; Maintains and updates patient records; Monitors inventory and order supplies as needed.
