***AUTO OFFER*** Job Title: Registered Nurse - Neuro ICU Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (18:45 - 07:15) EOW Location: Winston-Salem, NC 27103 Payment Breakdown: $20/ hr. on W2 ($720 weekly) + $31/hr. as Stipend ($1,116 weekly max stipend) Key Responsibilities: • Provide care for neurological ICU patients • Manage ICP, stroke, seizure, and critical care procedures • Titrate drips and manage invasive equipment • Float to other ICU and intermediate units as needed Required Skills/Experience: • Minimum 2 years of experience • ICU experience with ICP, ventilator, and telemetry management • Certifications: ACLS, BCLS, NIH • 1st-time travelers accepted Additional Information: • Staffing ratios: 2:1, occasionally 3:1 • Medication/Documentation systems: Pyxis, EPIC, SBAR • Scrubs: Navy blue or white (combination allowed)
