• Required Licensure: Current RN License (Meets the criteria to be eligible for licensure in state of Missouri or currently licensed in the state of Missouri.) • Required Certifications: BLS and ACLS from AHA only, NIHSS • Preferred Certifications: TNCC • Years of Experience: 3 years of CVICU experience. Experience recovering open hearts directly from the OR. Cardiac and Med ICU experience does not apply. • Float Requirements: May be floated to other stepdown units depending on staffing needs
