We are seeking a Teacher of the Visually Impaired to cover a few campuses within close proximity for a great school district for this school year. You will start ASAP and work through the end of May 2025. Duties include: Provide direct and consultative services to students with Blindness and Visual Impairments This is a part-time position, 2-days a week There is potential for this position to grow to full time by the end of the school year Developing and implementing IEPs and lesson plans within the classroom This is an Itinerant position, so some travel between near campuses is necessary Qualifications: You must be an Illinois licensed teacher of the visually impaired, have a PEL with a Vision and Impairment and Blindness Endorsement Join our fabulous PediaStaff team!
