Registered Nurse- Digital in Home - Innovative setting The Digital Acute Care Registered Nurse is a member of a collaborative team responsible for providing virtual and in-person nursing care to a diverse population of adult patients/clients with a combination of telehealth technology in the centralized command center and hands-on care in the patient's home environment. RN's will be in home with the patient and collaborate via telehealth with patients Physican Will see 2-3 patients per day Acute Care- so Med Surg experience is required 13 week contract with option to extend. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Associate’s in nursing Licenses/Certifications: RN-Registered Nurse Other Licenses/Certifications: American Heart Association BLS, Valid current state driver's license Experience: 1 year of recent RN experience in adult acute care population 2 years of experience in a role which required effectively communicating and collaborating with health care professionals
