Start Date: 3 weeks from the offer Must have 2 years of experience in the specialty. Ortho and Rehab Skills, 1+ years experience MN PT License, MN Background Study 40 hours: 8 hour days M-F with some weekends and holidays in rotation with staff. Mostly outpatient with some inpatient. Primary work location will be: Slayton MN at the Murray County Medical Center/Murray County Rehabilitation and Therapy Svcs. 2711 Broadway Avenue, Slayton, MN. May float to Tracy Medical Center as well (very minimally, if at all). Certification: BLS COVID vaccination required
