We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join the rehabilitation team at a premier Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide essential rehabilitative care, helping residents regain mobility, improve strength, and achieve their functional goals. Your Role: • Assist in evaluating and treating patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. • Support patients' mobility, strength, and function through individualized treatment plans. • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure the highest level of patient care. • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinic and regulatory standards. Preferred Qualifications: • Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assistance from an accredited program. • Active PTA license in Texas (or eligibility to obtain). • SNF experience preferred, but all levels of experience are welcome. • Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach to care.
