As an Outpatient Physical Therapist, you will evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs to improve patients' mobility, function, and overall quality of life. Key Responsibilities • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions and functional limitations. • Develop and implement customized treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes. • Utilize a variety of techniques, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities. • Educate patients and their families on exercises, treatment plans, and strategies for improving mobility and preventing injuries. • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care. • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations. • Stay current with advances in physical therapy practices and maintain licensure requirements. Qualifications • Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist. • CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire). • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. • Prior outpatient experience is preferred but not required.
