This is a local contract for NY. Please only apply to this if you are currently living in NY and you are NY state certified. Responsibilities: -Assist resident with ADL's such as feeding, bathing, toileting needs, and transporting as required. -Participates in the continuum of care and the education of residents by assisting with all modes of ambulation utilizing proper techniques as directed and performing Range of Motion as directed. Requirements: -Currently registered as a C.N.A. in New York State -BLS through AHA -High School Diploma or Equivalent
