Certifications Required: ARRT CT, ARRT R, BLS, CT State License Special Procedures/Unit Details: Performing CT and Radiologic exams Producing quality imaging studies Preparing room and equipment for ordered studies Transport patients to/from ER to Imaging department Must have a complete working knowledge in the principles of physics, anatomy, medical terminology and radiation protection as it relates to Radiology Practice. CT/Radiologic Technologist must meet the ECHN age specific knowledge/skill requirement, annually complete ECHN's mandatory education program. Required Skills: Adult Acute Care, Adult Outpatient, Emergency Department, PACS, Siemens, Abdomen without and/or with Contrast, Colorectal Studies (Rectal Contrast), Pelvis without and/or with Contrast, Chest without and/or with Contrast, Vascular Chest (e.g, Pulmonary embolism, CTA, aorta), Carotid, Head without and/or with contrast, Sinuses, Soft Tissue Neck, Trauma Head, Multiplanar Reconstructions (MRP), Region of Interest Measurment (ROI), Isolation Precautions, Preparation and/or administration of Contrast Media, Radiation Safety, Starting Peripheral IV's, Coronary CTA, Vascular CTA,Cervical, Lumbar, Musculoskeletal Trauma, Thoracic, General Radiography
