Pros
Excellent CM staff, nursing, and physician colleagues. A real blessing to care for my patients.
Cons
Strict policy adherence for time. As a CM, you're an hourly employee. Strict LOS, observation, and documentation policies. Focus is strict.

Pros
If you’re going to work with HCA, this is the guy you want to be your recruiter. I have worked with them often on since 2019 I flip back-and-forth between divisions, but when I travel, this is my Recruiter and I won’t go with anybody else
Cons
Never had a problem. He keeps in touch even when I’m just working PRN through a different Division
