Pros
I believe he's trying. Trying to be understood, respectful, organized. I just think he isn't experienced enough or it's the company hasn't taught him appropriately. He was usually very available if I needed him, unlike his management. All of this however does not make up for the company he works for. There's not enough good to recommend anyone work here.
Cons
Manish is very kind. But he was obnoxious with calls/texts. He wasn't respectful of my time. He wasn't respectful of my work/sleep schedule. I had to repeatedly ask him to stop asking me about insignificant things. I also had to tell him to stop contacting me altogether and that I would just reach out when I need something. I am an experienced traveler and just don't need that level of communication. I had to remind them of several things such as benefit information, access to payroll, and even the timesheet process because nobody had told me yet and I was already working.
