STARTING PAY IS 85,000 AND INCREASES BASED ON YEARS OF EXPERIENCE. SHIFT: MONDAY-FRIDAY 8A-5P The Clinical Nurse Manager will oversee the clinical staff in the clinic (12-15 people), work hands on with patients and be responsible for staff scheduling, evaluations, hiring, payroll and clinical operations. This candidates day-day responsibilities will include making staffing assignments daily, administering chemo with patients, taking triage calls when needed and finishing up the day with clinical operational duties and more. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Registered Nurse, Licensed in the State of Florida. At least 2 years of strong leadership, management and interpersonal skills Fluent in English language as well as excellent oral and written communication skills Experience with hematology/oncology patients in a clinic/hospital with direct infusion experience Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association
