Pros
Ajit Kumar aka AJ has been super helpful and responsive to all my needs. Super patient and as always ready to help resolve any issues I have (there was several). I've traveled since 2020 and and this has been my first contract with Lancesoft. We got off to a rough start with onboarding and duplicates. AJ chimed in and got everything running smoothly. He has went above and beyond to get everything done correctly and in a timely manner. Give this guy a raise $$$. He deserves one for working so diligently. I'm thankful for his hard work.
Cons
Lancesoft can use some onboarding improvement. Forms and info got duplicated and lost because you are working with several different staff. It feels like lack of team communication and some language barriers.
