RRT NICU/ ADULT- RRT must also be able to float to ER and Adult ICU Stepdown units. Required: - BLS - CRTT - VA License - ACLS - 2 yrs experience * Note - there is a 90-day window from start date to obtain ACLS certs - travelers may start with it pending **When assigned NICU, the NICU assignments will vary based on acuity. This is not a NICU- only position. This position also requires that the traveler rotates out in the adult units- floors, ED, Intensive Care Units- and also the pediatric unit.** Preferred: - NRP - RRT Special Requirements/Skills: Respiratory experience required: airway management, medication administration, ABGs, 02 therapy, suction, pulmonary toileting, BiPAP, CPAP and nebulizers. NICU, ED and adult ICU experience preferred. Night shift position requires ability to provide various aerosol, bronchial hygiene and lung inflation therapies. Arterial blood gas draw and analysis, CPAP/Bipap implementation and management. Adult and neonatal intensive care, emergency department and level 2 trauma experience preferred but does not have to have experience in all areas. Attendance of monthly department meetings if candidate is working, if not, candidate must read the meeting minutes & send acknowledgment to the managers that they read & understand. Work setting required: Adult critical care, ER, Community hospital experience Start date: ASAP First-timers accepted: Yes Weekend REQ: Yes, every other weekend ( + every other holiday) Is on call REQ? Yes, potential for mandatory on call - 2 shifts per month Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? YES Open to accommodating block schedule?
