Shift Breakdown: 5x8 hrs
Shift: 8 hours, days

2+ years of Case Management experience required. Shift: 0800-1630. Weekend rotation of one weekend day every 3 weeks. A day off in the week is given to substitution for it to maintain the 40Hrs a week. RN License required, nursys must be on profile. BLS required. Care Management certification (AMC or CCM) preferred. Will be required to float to sister campuses as needed. HCRR
