Seeking team player with Cardiac Cath experience and Interventional Radiology, Vascular, or Neuro. Must have two of 4 modalities experience. THIS MUST BE REFLECTED IN CANDIDATE'S WORK HISTORY. Position / Specialty Cath Lab Technician Start date: (next applicable orientation date 3-4 weeks out) Years of experience REQ: 18 months of exp in specialty, 2 years preferred First-timers accepted: (Y/N) Yes Weekend REQ: Can be discussed with manager Call REQ: Case by case basis, no set schedule, but required National Certs REQ: ARRT and FL state license REQUIRED; AHA ACLS and BLS,. **RCIS also preferred in addition to the required certs. Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes Floating Req to Sister Facilities: (Y/N): Yes-Will float to all 3 hospitals (Martin North, South, Tradition - within 20 miles) Open to accommodating block schedule? (Y/N) NO Locals accepted: (Y/N) What is the local radius rule? Y- Locals Same Rate Pending License accepted: (Y/N) NO RTO Restrictions: All RTO must be included at time of submission. Guaranteed Hours: 36 for 12’s’ 3- 40 for 8/10’s Special Requirements: Seeking Scrub Technologist specializing in Cath Lab, additionally needing Interventional Radiology/Vascular/or Neuro experience. Two of the Four modalities preferred. Call requirement based on need of unit, will be discussed with NM. Please make sure traveler is aware that there are time sensitive modules that need to be prioritized first once confirmed for an assignment. Please do not delay. PLEASE NOTE: • Include all RTO upfront in submission - Any RTO added later will likely not be approved by the client • SMOKE FREE FACILITY: All travelers must be Nicotine free, no exceptions! Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (cotinine) DS required Hospital Highlights: Type of Facility: Short Term Acute Care Magnet / Teaching / Level Trauma (if applicable): n/a Total Staffed Beds: 180 Scrub Color: Ceil Blue Charting: EPIC Parking Cost: Free in any unrestricted space
