Schedule: Monday-Friday - 5x8's, 4x10's, 3x12's - flexible on scheduling. No call. 40 hours/week guaranteed unless provider requests off! Provider will not work on holidays, but other days of the week for 12-hour shifts. GI strongly preferred. GI schedule would be Mon-Thurs (4x10's). Notate provider's GI interest at name clear Hospital Based Average number of Surgical cases per day: 25 80% General, 10% Complex Vascular, 10% Complex Orthopedic Fellowship training is not required for cardiac or pediatric cases. It a team care model, we like to say 1:4 on doc supervision, but it’s really 1:2, 1:3 majority of the time. 10 operating rooms. OR equipment description: GE Carestation 650s. EMR: EPIC FTE: 4 Required Procedures: General Anesthesia (Adult). Preferred Procedures: Spinal Anesthesia, Neurosurgical cases (spine), Complex vascular cases (except open heart), and complex orthopedic cases. Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days NBCRNA Certified - REQUIRED Active CO License - REQUIRED or IMLC (LOQ IN HAND AT TIME OF SUBMISSION) Active BLS - REQUIRED Must disclose the # of years of Epic Experience and the Last MM/YYYY provider used EPIC - REQUIRED Clean Malpractice/Background - REQUIRED COVID VACCINATED - REQUIRED SN
