RN CVOR Shift is 0615-1645 except when on weekday call. Then the shift is 0830-1900 and on call from 1900-0630 then off the following day. Years of experience REQ: 2 years required; Will consider 1 year if Level 1 trauma Facility First-timers accepted: (Y/N) Yes Only if More than 2 years' experience in a Level 1 Trauma Facility Weekend REQ: Y per call policy Certs REQ: BLS Is on-call REQ? (Y/N) What is the req? Yes 3-4 weekday and 1-2 weekends per 6 week schedule period. Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes will float within service line Open to accommodating block schedule? (Y/N) No Locals accepted: (Y/N) No What is the local radius rule? Home address must be at least 75 miles from facility Pending License accepted: (Y/N) Yes RTO Restrictions: No more than 7 days Guaranteed Hours: Special Requirements: BSN preferred Scrub preferred, circulate required Cardiac and Thoracic cases primarily Vascular (Open and Endovascular Procedures), Transplant (Liver, Kidney, Pancreas), Whipples (Pancreatic Procedures), M-F 3-4 Weekday and 1-2 Weekend call shifts per 6 week schedule required Maybe holidays- discussed in advance
