Shift Breakdown: 3x12 hrs
Shift: 12 hours, nights

RN - Support role will float to all departments within the Madonna Omaha campus, including Acute Rehab and MRSH. RN Ratio for Acute Rehab - Days - 1:5, Nights - 1:6. Nurse Assistants are part of the care model. Overhead lifts in all rooms. RN will not float to Pediatrics. Vent experience is not required as Respiratory Therapy will manage all vents; however, RN must be able to ensure vent is connected to patient and troubleshoot alarms. RN ratio for MRSH is 1:4 on L1 & L2, 1:5-6 on L3 as it is Acute Rehab level of care. Overheads lifts available in all rooms.
