$500 Travel Allowance BSN RN --At least 5 years as an RN; at least 2 years in leadership --Prefer someone who has strong ER and Med/Surg or LTAC experience --Must be okay with living in rural area of ND; about 1 hour from Minot, ND --Should be good knowing/ understanding rules and regulations from agencies like JCAHO, CMS, and the State. --Self starter; internally motivated. --Role is approximately 50% administrative and could be 50% in staffing if there are call outs. Trying to stabilize staffing so DON does not need to be in staffing as much. --Reports to the Hospital Administrator; and then the VP over the hospital --Facility has a small ER (stabilize and transfer) and then 16 swing beds/ SNF beds. The swing/ SNF beds are staffed with an LPN and CNAs. There is usually 1 staff RN in the facility to cover the ER and oversee the care of the residents. The ER has a PA/ NP that works it.
