Schedule: M-F 8am-4:30pm Closed on major holidays No call required 40 hours/week Duration: 13 weeks ASAP start - Looking for a January start The home care program at NW Kidney is where RNs train patients to perform home dialysis. This position is located at their clinics not doing home visits. The RNs will help teach and train patients to do their own dialysis, teach them about the machines etc. They work in a HUB at each clinic location so they will have other home program care nurses as well as a supervisor on site with them always. Locations: Needs to be comfortable floating to 3 different locations - they will work out of all 3 during the contract. Yesler: this will be the main location at 714 Alder St. Seattle, Wa 98104 Lake City: 14524 Bothell Way NE Lake Forest Park, WA 98155 Snoqualmie: 35131 SE Douglas St. Suite 113 Snoqalmie, WA 98065 Machines used on-site - must have experience with some of these Clarity EMR Tablo NxStage HHD Training HHD Care Management Requirements: Seeking recent Home Dialysis experience - either Hemodialysis or Perinealdialysis - MUST HAVE Ability to float to different locations (run this by them - the locations are not close to eachother) WA State RN license or active compact Ability to start in January
