Client: Neurology Nurse Navigator Location: Cherry Hill NJ 08002 Hours: M-F 8am-4:30pm Duration: Perm/FTE Salary/Rate: 70k-110k+ depending on years of experience Job Description: A large health system local to south jersey is looking to hire a Fulltime/Permanent Registered Nurse to support their Neurology team local to Cherry Hill, NJ. This Nurse will support a team that has over 30 physicians who treat patients with various neurological conditions. This person will need to be comfortable working/supporting all sub specialties in Neurology. Day to day responsibilities/tasks include but not limited to: • Patient Care Management: See patients and assist in managing their care, ensuring all needs are met efficiently and effectively. • Clinical Procedures: Administer infusions and injections as required. • EMR: Monitor the Epic inbasket for patient portal messages and responding for providers. • Medication Management: Handle medication authorizations and ensure timely processing. • Documentation: Complete and manage medical forms accurately Must haves: Active NJ RN License BLS - Active 3-5 Years of outpatient nursing experience (must feel comfortable rotating between providers) 1-2 years of experience working in Neurology or education focused within Neuroscience / Neurology
