Mgr, Nursing Services – Solid Organ Transplant The Clinical Manager for Transplant Services is provider who promotes family-centered care by subscribing to and supporting Phoenix Children’s mission and values Bachelor of Science in Nursing Master’s or Doctorate degree from an Accreditation Commission for Nursing (ACEN) and/or Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) accredited graduate school or nursing in Pediatric Acute Care, Pediatric Primary Care or Family Medicine Preferred. Experience Five (5) or more years of relevant clinical experience with pediatric or adult solid organ transplant. Effective team building skills and related systems experience. Three years of experience in leadership and/or supervisory capacity. Certification/License/Registry Requirements Current BLS certification for Health care Provider from the American Heart Association prior to start date Current State of Arizona or a compact license with multistate privileges prior to start date. Arizona Advanced Practice License (NP or PA) preferred. National Board Certification to match area of education prior to start date.
