Home Health OT position covering Kenosha and Racine counties. Adults/geriatrics. Most patients are within 20-30 minutes. Candidate MUST HAVE: - 3 years OT experience in SNF setting, Home Health (preferred), or acute care. Must be strong in assisting with ADLs and adaptive equipment. - active WI OT license, BLS (AHA). - Bachelor's degree in OT. - Reliable transportation, active driver’s license, and auto insurance. HIGHLY PREFER candidate with EPIC experience, but not required.
