Shift: 8 hours, evenings

Shift: Mid 5x8-Hour (14:30 - 23:00) Description: LTC/Assisted Living LPN - Seattle, WA- Start Date: ASAP- Shift: 5x8s Eves, Tues-Sat (1430-2300)- Ratios: 1:15-25- Years of Experience REQ: 1 year of prior experience working with seniors required- First-Timers Accepted: No- Weekend REQ: Every Saturday- Certs REQ: CPR/FA- Is On-Call REQ?: No- Will this traveler need to float between like units?: No- Open to accommodating block schedule?: No- Locals Accepted: Yes Pending License Accepted: Yes (license required upon start)- RTO Restrictions: Confirm with hiring manager- Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off traveler UP TO 1 shift per pay period (every 2 weeks)Special Requirements- Traveler is expected to have reliable transportation and no additional scheduling restrictions. All travel pairs will be required to have their own transportation.- Quick MAR experience preferred but not required Daily Responsibilities- Responsible for medication administration of LN cart that consists of insulin/glucose monitoring. Works in connection with RN on staff 20 hours/wk and Elder Place medical team.- Must complete end-of-shift report and also fax/call resident concerns to Elde rplace medical team daily as needed.- Responsible for giving timely medications and accurate documentation in the MAR. Responsible for narcotic counts per shift. Hospital Highlights- Type of Facility: Long Term Care / Assisted Living- Attire: Any color of scrubs- Charting: Word (manual type)
