Common Vascular Procedures: FEVAR, EVAR, Open AAA, Carotid, Angiogram, TEVAR, Amputations, Vein Ablations, AV fistulas, AV fistulas, Endarterectomy, Arteriogram, Thrombectomy. Hospital Highlights Type of Facility: Level I Trauma Center, Teaching Facility, Magnet Hospital Total Staffed Beds: 820 Charting: EPIC Parking Cost: Parking management office (located 91presidents street) to obtain parking permit. $20 registration fee for a hang tag which will allow use of the garage. No additional fees. Hang tag will not cover parking in any other locations. If parking outside of the 91 Street Parking Garage, additional fees may be incurred.
