Specific requirements: • RNs who have attended deliveries with an RT and are comfortable with resuscitating babies until the physician gets in house • Previous charge nurse experience • Over 5 years in NICU • NICU Level III or higher Required Certifications: BLS, NRP; RNC-NIC preferred and STABLE preferred Experience or 'Must have' skills Must have at least 2 years of NICU experience, must have at least level 3 experience. Must be comfortable with stabilization. NO 1st time travelers. Charge experience preferred. Must have level III experience or above. Must have couplet care experience. Must be skilled in breastfeeding techniques & education. Must be confident working in smaller environment with less resources. pediatric/PICU experience would be helpful to be able to float.
