Skills: • Must always maintain current state driver’s license and auto insurance. Personal vehicles must be well maintained and in safe driving condition. 1-year experience as a licensed OT in a clinical care setting or home health preferred. • 2 plus years of home health, Med Surg , skilled nursing Education: • Graduation from an accredited school of Occupational Therapy required. Licensed by the Examining Committee to practice Occupational Therapy in the state required. Compact License acceptable if worker is in a state that is part of the OT Compact agreement. BLS (AHA or ARC) required. Certificates and Licenses: • BLS • OT License
