Board Certified Cytotechnologist (CT) with a minimum of 3 years’ experience (5 years’ experience preferred) or Specialist in Cytology (SCT). - Required.
Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Laboratory Science - Required.
Minimum of four years of experience in related discipline. - Required.
Five years of experience in a diversified hospital laboratory health system and previous supervisory experience. - Strongly Preferred.
Completion of MT/MLS (medical laboratory science)/CLS (clinical laboratory science) internship, MT (ASCP) or equivalent. - Required.

Nicole was very helping and always proficient with reaching out and even going above and beyond when the facility itself was slacking. When the facility canceled all contracts the day before start date she found me another position within the same week. I would recommend her 10x over.
