6S Ortho/Med Surg Overflow RN Years Required: 2 Years Experience Certs Required: BCLS; (ACLS, NIH preferred) Skill Requirements: Telemetry, IV Start, Cardizem, Heparin, Nitro, Argatroban, Amiodarone, Dopamine (for renal perfusion only), CPMs, Orthopat, Constavac, Hemovac, Wound Vacs, traction. Every other weekend required, Clinician can be floated within scope to meet facilities needs.
