Pros

I have a great experience working with Lancesoft, and I can certainly say I’ve found my long term agency. From the initial encounter, my recruiter Ajay W. did not only found opportunities that aligned with my interests and experience, but he provided valuable guidance throughout the onboarding process and helped me secured a great contract. I’m excited to continue this partnership and look forward to future opportunities with Lancesoft. I highly recommend Ajay W. to any nurse looking for a professional, supportive, knowledgeable and proactive recruiter.
