Beds: 14 LDRP, RNs will circulate and recover, Triage beds: 4 # of Births per day Month Year: 90/month,j 1200/year Ratios: 1:1 unless pairing 2 cervicatl; ripening patients, postpartum is 1:3 couplete care, Triage is 1:3 Required certs: ACLS, BLS, NRP, STABLE 32 week gestation and greater Do have some antepartum patients. Do not take placenta previa or placenta accreta. Serve a very diverse population.- Must have 3 years of L&D experience, Must have mother baby experience- prefer 1 year, Okay with a first time traveler. Must have experience and be able to attend deliveries and complete 1 hour of newborn care, triage, Circulate C/S, and provide Postpartum Couplet Care. Must have experience with magnesium. Charge nurse experience preferred. -
