Intermediate Care Unit - 200155 Shift: 3x12, Days, 0645 - 1915 Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 Call Requirements: Call is not required Licenses: NV RN license required prior to start Required Certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), NIHSS (APEX) Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of IMC/Stepdown experience required. Medical/Neuro ICU experience preferred. Must have experience with vasopressors, titratable drips, art lines, neuro stepdown patients, procedural sedation, thrombolytics, and trach management.
