BEHAVIORAL HEALTH | RN 4x12 Nights Bridgeton, NJ Requirements: -Min two years of RN experience in a Psych Unit within the last 6 months -Experience with Child-Adult Age -Reliable transportation -BLS, NIHSS NJ or Compact RN license Float Requirements: -Reassigned, assigned to all inpatient children's and adult Behavioral Health units at the following campuses Bridgeton, Woodbury, Mannington Nurse patient Information -The nurse-to-patient ratio average is 1:7 -Techs/child life counselors is 3 total at census of 10 or more -Techs on voluntary/vamhu is 2 total at census 7 or more -Techs on AMHU Bridgeton is 1:7 -Mannington census 7 or greater 2 nurses and 2 techs -We add staff/sitters if 1:1 close observation is ordered or as needed *Worker must be available the full 7 days of their first week for Orientation. No special scheduling for Orientation is permitted. If worker cannot attend full Orientation offer will be rescinded. *
