Responsibilities include maintaining provider orders, assisting with intubations, central and ART line insertions, chest tubes, medication titration, and ventilator care. Requires 2 years ICU experience, competency in advanced procedures (e.g., Impella, balloon pumps), BLS/ACLS (AHA), and ND or compact RN license. Shifts are 12 hours, every other weekend, with floating to overflow areas. EPIC, Omnicell, and Alaris IV pumps are used.
