-active LVN license issued by the State of CA Board of Vocational Nurse Examiners with Intravenous Therapy and blood withdrawal certification -Recent experience of 6 months in a Clinic/Ambulatory setting or 12 months of collective experience over the past 3 years -Experience with Epic EMR, blood draws, specimen handling and processing, and EKG knowledge.
