Job Description: Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Rehab Duties & Job Summary: The Registered Nurse is responsible for evaluating patients and assisting physicians with patient care. -Plans, implements, and documents nursing care based on patient’s needs. -Identifies patient needs and determines priorities for care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. -Performs therapeutic nursing interventions. -Advocates for evidence-based practice care standards and supports adoption of evidence-based practices and innovations in care delivery. -40-bed acute rehab facility. Skills: Required Skills & Experience: -Minimum 2+ (recent) years of strong rehab experience (need to have hospital based experience) required. Preferred Skills & Experience: -Minimum 2 years acute rehab and M/S experience highly preferred. Education: Required Education: -ASN Required -BSN Required Required Certifications & Licensure: -NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license. -BLS-AHA. -NIHSS. #HCHSTG
