Title: Chronic Care Registered Nurse (RN) 12 months or more of Recent Dialysis experience required EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS: 1 year of Nephrology Nursing experience in the last two years as a RN. Chronic hemodialysis experience required Shift details: Shifts will be discussed in detail during the interview; the role requires a commitment of 40 hours plus overtime and floating to area sites as need be. There is a minimum guarantee of 36 hours per week. # 24-19783
