The candidates should have the following experience:
High volume call center experience
Experience with Epic - HealthConnect
Typing speed should be 40+ WPM
Understanding of medical terminologies – Healthcare exp
Multitasking – They will have to capture messages while talking to the members – This is one of the challenges they are facing
