Interim RN Unit Manager – Skilled Nursing Facility Are you ready for a change of scenery in your nursing career? Do you get excited about exploring new places and taking on challenging work? We’re seeking an exceptional RN Unit Manager to serve as a clinical expert in a skilled nursing facility in Peoria, Arizona. As a travel RN with LeaderStat, you’ll get to meet healthcare professionals from all over the nation, sharpen your clinical skillset, and lead an interdisciplinary team, all while providing top-of-the-line care to residents. Job Duties Assist in developing individual care plans Act as the main point of contact between residents and their families Oversee staff who provide direct patient care, such as Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) Assists with admission and discharge assessment Evaluate, prioritize, and mee the care needs of each resident Job Requirements/Qualifications At least two years of clinical experience as an RN in a long-term care setting Two years of nurse management/unit manager experience Active RN license in Arizona or in an eligible Nurse Compact State Possess empathy and passion for serving others Serve as a leader and a trusted resource to other healthcare team members Up-to-date certifications/compliance: Basic Life Support (BLS) via the American Heart Association Two-step TB test Physical exam within the last 12 months Benefits Weekly Pay & Direct Deposit W2 Employee Status 401(k) Retirement Plan Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Licensure Reimbursement Referral Bonuses Dedicated Support Team Referral Bonuses If you have a friend or family member who would be interested in joining LeaderStat, you could earn some cash!
