Minimum of 18 months perm CVOR RNFA experience prior to travel Must have experience with vein harvesting MUST have RNFA certification MUST HAVE PERM Ohio Active RN License OR Compact RN License. **AHA BLS required Covid+Booster, FLU Medical & Health Insurance Benefits from First Day for All Clinical and Patient-Facing Employees. 401K Plan.
