• Shift: Variable shift start times 7am & 8am • Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 0.8 FTE • Weekend Hours: On call • Call Requirements: Must punch in 30 mins from time you are called in. # of call depends on # of team members • Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS • Years of Experience: Any • Float Requirements: • Additional Notes: Unit Information: • Number of Beds: 200 • Patient Ratios: • Equipment: Cath Lab Suite • EHR: Merge Hemo and Cerner • Must Have Skills/Experience: • Preferred Skillset/Experience: General procedures (angiography, angioplasty, arterial line insertion, coronary angioplasty, CTO, intra-aortic balloon, Impella, intravascular ultrasound, pan table, stent placement, thrombolysis, venography, wave wire), hemodynamic & other calculations, right & left heart catheterization, Structural heart procedures, vascular interventional (contrast administration, emergency procedures, peripheral, thoracic, PE), EP studies. Will train if needed. • Common Diagnosis/Treatment: STEMI, NSTEMI, Heart disease • Personality Fit: Mutual respect • Required Education: ACLS, BLS
