TEMP TO PERM. . Mostly outpatient clinic. Open to 8 or 10hr shifts. Min 3 years experience. Mostly Ortho cases but must be able to take care of anything that walks through the door. Need AZ or compact license. Position Summary: Under general supervision of the Chief of Physical Therapy, the Occupational Therapist is responsible for providing occupational therapy, education, and consultation for all health center services. Services include leading the development, implementation, and coordination of the occupational therapy program; screening, evaluation, educational and transition planning; therapeutic intervention, and exit planning. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.
