MUST HAVE RECENT AMBULATORY EXPERIENCE. UNIT WILL NOT ACCEPT BEHAVIORAL HEALTH, CORRECTIONS, ACUTE, OR ANY OTHER TYPE OF EXPERIENCE IN PLACE OF RECENT AMBULATORY. Required: -active LVN license issued by the State of CA Board of Vocational Nurse Examiners with Intravenous Therapy and blood withdrawal certification -AHA BLS -Must have experience with medication verification, wound cleaning, catheter removal, and insertion -At least 6 months of ambulatory clinic experience Preferred: Geriatric support, recent medication administration Oral SQ IM transdermal. Epic Experience a plus.
