Must be able to do CIWA/COWS, UAs and be able to set/hold firm empathic boundaries Nurse/Patient ratio: 1 nurse on night shift; For the 7p-11p of the shift there are 2-3 BHA (techs) on shift. 11p-7 there is 1 tech on shift.
