LVN / LPN-LTC | Seattle, WA Shift: Mid 5x8-Hour (14:00 - 22:30) / Night 5x8-Hour (22:00 - 06:30) Duration: - 13 Weeks Start Date: - ASAP Gross Payrate as per 40 Hours: Weekly Gross: $2,003.08 Weekly Taxable: $603.08 Weekly non-taxable: $1,400.00 Hourly Taxable Upto 40: $15.08 Hourly non-tax: $35.00 Overtime after 40: $20.15 Requirements: - • 2 years of experience in Skilled Long-Term Care/Transitional Care Experience. • 1st Time Travelers – Not Accepted • Ratios: 1:15-25 • Charting – Net Solutions. • WA/Compact state license required. • Certifications – BLS. • Weekend REQ - Every other weekend • Skills REQ IV Pumps, PVR, Wound Vacs, Central line blood draws, central line dressing change, IV pumps, Starting IV's. Experience in LTC / SNF / TCU • Open to accommodating block schedule. • Parking Cost – Free • Required to float between all facilities within a given state. Refusal to float may result in termination of assignment or forfeiture of guaranteed hours. • Traveler is expected to have reliable transportation and no additional scheduling restrictions.
