Job Title: Registered Dietitian – Permanent Hospital Position Location: Florence, South Carolina Salary: $55,000 per year About the Opportunity: We are seeking a dedicated Registered Dietitian to join our healthcare team at a premier hospital in Florence, South Carolina. This is a full-time, permanent position offering the chance to make a meaningful impact on patient health and well-being. If you have a passion for nutrition, patient education, and interdisciplinary collaboration, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans for patients across diverse medical needs. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support comprehensive patient care. Provide nutritional counseling and education to patients and their families. Monitor patient progress and adjust dietary plans accordingly to support optimal health outcomes. Ensure compliance with state, federal, and hospital regulations related to food safety and patient care. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and stay current with advancements in nutrition and dietetics. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field (Master’s degree preferred). Registered Dietitian (RD) certification through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR). State licensure in South Carolina or eligibility to obtain it prior to start date. 1-2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare/hospital setting preferred. Nicole was very helping and always proficient with reaching out and even going above and beyond when the facility itself was slacking. When the facility canceled all contracts the day before start date she found me another position within the same week. I would recommend her 10x over.
